In short

  • We want everyone to be able to use this site, also with a screen reader, a keyboard only or zoom.
  • Today the site is partially conformant. Almost everything works, but it still needs tests with people and with some screen readers.
  • Below is what is not met yet, and why.
  • If something does not work for you, tell us through the contact form on the front page or the AISwise chat.

What it covers

It covers the pages for people on thegraphweb.com:

Addresses meant for programs, not people, are out of scope: /cr, /claims.json, /openapi.json and /api/….

Responsible party

Iban Rios, software developer. It is a personal project, with no company behind it.

Standards and conformance status

Artificial intelligence: notice and marking (EU AI Act, Article 50)

How it was checked

Prepared on 2026-10-18 by self-assessment. It uses tests that run by themselves, and the code was read by hand. There are three kinds of test: axe-core on every change, the keyboard in a real browser, and measured contrast. It is reviewed at least once a year and after every big change.

Each change must pass these tests before it goes live, in light and dark mode. They check the WCAG 2.2 rules up to level AAA, a walk through with the keyboard, the screen at 320 pixels wide, and buttons of at least 44×44 pixels. A test also checks the reading level of the site's texts. If a test fails, the change is not published. The chat was tested by hand with VoiceOver (iPhone and Mac) in September 2026, before the October changes.

What is not accessible yet

Fixed on 18 October 2026:

Using AISwise with assistive technology

Reporting a problem

Use the contact form on the front page, which works without JavaScript. Or use the AISwise chat: describe the problem and ask it to send it to Iban. Iban reads the messages by hand and answers within 20 working days. That is the time Spanish law gives public-sector sites (Royal Decree 1112/2018, Article 12).

Complaints and legal framework

The European Accessibility Act applies to firms that sell some services to consumers. It is Directive (EU) 2019/882, and Law 11/2023 in Spain. It leaves out microenterprises (very small firms). This project sells nothing and is run by one person, so it very likely does not apply. Even so, this site follows its standard by choice.

Do you think it does apply, and the answer does not satisfy you? In Spain, go to your region's market-surveillance authority. The rule is Law 11/2023, Article 27.3. If your region has none, a unit of the State acts instead. Royal Decree 143/2026 set it up. It sits in the Directorate-General for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. In another EU country, go to the body that country names.
