More and more, AI agents read and act on digital systems that were written for people. Structure, such as what a piece of content links to and how, is only in the prose. An agent has to guess it, as it cannot look it up. This is not just theory. It comes up again and again when you build AI products and automations: the same hidden structure has to be worked out from the prose each time, when it could be looked up once.
